This house sleeps six people in three bedrooms, with three full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace, a screened porch, also with a fireplace, and a large terrace.

(1) High season:	December 20, 2011 to January 8, 2012.
	June 22 to September 7, 2012
	December 21, 2012 to January 6, 2013
(2) By the day :	High season : minimum stay of 3 days.
(3) Low season:	The other weeks of the year
